Our logistics providers charge us an extra fee for collecting and processing cash payments on delivery for each package basis. This charge is directly passed on to ensure transparency.

As a new customer offer it will be added as store credit to your account once payment is received and return period is expired.

At DripSquadX, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality standards. Here's an overview of our order processing timeline:

1. Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase within minutes.

2. Processing Time:
1-3 business days
During this stage, we carefully prepare your items, perform quality checks, and pack them for shipment.

3. Shipping:

After processing, your order will be handed over to our trusted shipping partners. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

4. Custom or Personalized Orders:

For custom or made-to-order products, processing may take an additional 2-5 business days due to the time required for customization.

Please Note:

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

We appreciate your patience and are committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to contact our support team.

Thank you for being part of the DripSquadX journey!

At Drip SquadX, our mission is to deliver quality apparel at the most reasonable prices. As a small, growing business, we put our heart into every design and work hard to keep prices low without compromising on style or quality.

To continue offering affordable fashion while maintaining fairness, we've made important updates to our return policy due to increasing misuse of free returns. Each return costs us around ₹130 in shipping alone, which directly affects our ability to sustain low pricing for everyone.

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

✅ Updated Return & Exchange Policy:

• Size exchanges are allowed once  per customer.
• Second time onwards return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or charged for exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Repeated returns for sizing issues by the same customer will not be accepted.

We request customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order. If you’re unsure, our chat support is available to help.

To start return, simply log in using the email ID used for the purchase and initiate the return from your order history. Alternatively, contact us at info@dripsquadx.com with your order number and issue description.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, and you'll be notified via email. Please note, bank processing times may vary.

Thank you for supporting small businesses like ours and for being a part of the Drip SquadX community.
