For custom or made-to-order products, processing may take an additional 2-5 business days due to the time required for customization.

To continue offering affordable fashion while maintaining fairness, we've made important updates to our return policy due to increasing misuse of free returns. Each return costs us around ₹130 in shipping alone, which directly affects our ability to sustain low pricing for everyone.

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

✅ Updated Return & Exchange Policy:

• Size exchanges are allowed once per customer.
• Second time onwards return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or charged for exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Repeated returns for sizing issues by the same customer will not be accepted.

We request customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order. If you’re unsure, our chat support is available to help.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, and you'll be notified via email. Please note, bank processing times may vary.
