To continue offering affordable fashion while maintaining fairness, we've made important updates to our return policy due to increasing misuse of free returns. Each return costs us around ₹130 in shipping alone, which directly affects our ability to sustain low pricing for everyone.
We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
✅ Updated Return & Exchange Policy:
- Size exchanges are allowed once per customer.
- Second time onwards return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or charged for exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Repeated returns for sizing issues by the same customer will not be accepted.
