1. Pricing Transparency
At DripSquadx, we are committed to providing clear and fair pricing for all our products. All prices listed on our website (www.dripsquadx.com) are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify prices based on market trends, supplier costs, and promotional offers.

2. GST & Taxes
All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), are included in the product price unless stated otherwise. Any additional charges, such as import duties (if applicable), will be clearly displayed at checkout before the final payment.

3. Shipping & COD Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges: ₹80 (non-refundable in case of return)
  • Free Shipping: on all orders in India

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. DripSquadx partners with reliable courier services to ensure timely deliveries.

4. Discounts & Promotions

  • Any discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes applied to an order are subject to specific terms and conditions mentioned at the time of offer.
  • Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Limited-time offers are subject to stock availability and may change without prior notice.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • In case of returns, refunds will be processed as per our Return Policy within the specified period.
  • COD charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations after shipping.

6. Payment Methods & EMI
We accept multiple payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Razorpay-powered EMI options. EMI eligibility and terms are determined by Razorpay’s partnered banks. DripSquadx does not control EMI approval.
