🔄 Return & Exchange Policy (Effective Immediately)

Size exchanges are allowed once per customer.

From the second time onwards, shipping costs may be deducted from refunds or charged for exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Repeated returns for sizing issues may not be accepted.

Policy on Partial Returns: If an order originally qualified for free shipping due to a total value above ₹949, and a partial return brings the final order value below this threshold, the original shipping charge of ₹80 will be deducted from your refund. This ensures fairness and covers the shipping costs associated with the delivered items you choose to keep.

We are committed to quick and seamless resolution for any defect or damage claim. To help us verify the issue promptly and process your exchange or refund on the same day, we strongly encourage customers to submit a single, continuous, and high-quality unboxing video.
This video should clearly show the package seal intact, the opening process, and the defect being identified without interruption.
While we review all claims, claims submitted with this video documentation receive priority processing and immediate approval for resolution, as it allows us to verify the issue instantly.

If approved, your refund will be processed on the same day, and we’ll email you confirmation.

Policy on Refunds for Partial Returns: When we process a refund for a partial return, the refund amount will be for the returned item(s) minus any applicable deductions, such as the original shipping charge if the final order value falls below the free shipping threshold of ₹949.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund. If it’s been 15 business days and you haven’t received it, please check with your bank or card issuer.
