At DRiP SQUADX™, we work hard to make sure your order reaches you smoothly and on time.  Every order is prepared with care, and we rely on trusted delivery partners BlueDart and Delhivery for safe and timely delivery across India.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We process and hand over all orders to our courier partners within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase (excluding long weekends, major holidays, and festival periods).
We always make our best effort to dispatch at the earliest.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, the delivery timeline is usually 5–8 business days, depending on:

• Your location,
• Transit speed in your local region, and
• Our delivery partner’s operational timelines.

During weekends, national holidays, or peak festive seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Effort by Courier Partners

Our courier partners make multiple attempts to deliver your order.
You will receive your tracking details via email once the package is dispatched.

Your Delivery Address

To help ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a clear, complete, and identifiable address at checkout including landmark, house/flat number, street name, and correct PIN code.

If the courier team is unable to locate the address, they may reach out by phone or SMS for clarification.

In Case Delivery Attempts Fail

If the address still cannot be located, the parcel may be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases, we will:

• Refund the product value after the package returns to us, and
• May deduct the actual return shipping charge incurred in rare cases. This is only done when the courier is unable to complete the delivery after multiple attempts to contact, due to issues with the address details provided.

We share this only to keep transparency- our goal is always successful, smooth delivery.

Need to Update Your Address?

If you need to modify your address after placing the order, simply reply to your order confirmation email or Whatsapp us at +9198591615454 from registered number with order number, we’ll be happy to update it as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched.

 

We genuinely want every order to reach the right doorstep—so if you ever need help updating your address after placing the order, simply reply to your order email and we’ll update it (before dispatch).
